    • Digital Software:

  • MSHV - My preferred FT8 software for POTA - Works great for laptops with low resolution displays.
  • How to run multiple instances of WSJT-X on one system. Written for Flexradio use, but will work with any computer with multiple serial/audio interfaces. (Article by W6AER)
  • GridTracker (by NR0Q) - Helps to monitor digital modes operations.

    • Digital Modes Tracking/Spotting Websites:

  • PSK Reporter - Digimode Automatic Propagation Reporter
  • Reverse Beacon Network
  • DX Summit - Real time potting for both digital and other modes

    • iPhone Apps:

  • APRS.fi - the APRS website has extra functionality in the app to include location beaconing through IP.
  • WSPR Watch - Made for WSPR spotting, but can pull data from PSK Reporter for FT8/FT8 monitoring.
  • Ham Alert - App to connect to the Ham Alert website. Great for tracking when people are spotted, POTA activations happen or to make sure you are getting out.

    • VHF/UHF Radio Stuff:

  • CHIRP - Radio Programming Software
  • Repeaterbook - CHIRP can directly reference this site to generate repeater programming files
