N6ACA Field Day 2025 Operation


This web page is to document ARRL Field Day activities for N6ACA. Activities will be located in Livermore, California (CM97).
The field day operation will be from outside my QTH and from the LARK club area near the Livermore Airport.

  • n6aca(at)spectrox.com - Aaron Anderer, N6ACA is the assigned safety contact ensure that the Field Day site is free of hazards, and that other safety precautions have been taken throughout the entire event.
  • Site Power - Natural (7.3.8)

  • All equiment powered by lead acid and lithium ion batteries.
  • Batteries charged by solar panels during sunlight hours.
  • Site Power - Emergency (7.3.1)

  • All equiment powered by lead acid and lithium ion batteries.
  • Batteries charged by solar panels during sunlight hours.
  • Operating:

  • Site will be operating as a 1 transmitter class A battery station (1A)
  • FD operating will be outdoors in an emergency style activation.
  • Capabilities for SSB voice exist on 80, 40, 20, 15, 10m
  • Capabilities for FM voice exist on 2m and 70cm
  • Capabilities for digital modes (FT4, FT8) exist on 80, 40, 15, 10m
